تطبيق سيئ للغاية حيث عند دخولك التطبيق يعطي لك بيانات خاطئة فرصيدك خاطئ والميجا بايت خاطئة فيتوجب عليك الخروج من التطبيق والدخول مرة اخري .. مع العلم ان هاتفي حديث iphone 

A Great New Look

It took me a moment to get into what I want to do in the app, but I find out it’s too much easier from the old one It need some improvements but for the first release can’t wait to see what you will do guys next time Hopefully if can login with Facebook account it would be so great ;)

Too much bugs

Bad update the previous version is much better!

This update removed many features that the previous version had and limited the number of accounts to only 3. I also cannot add my adsl account. Please find a solution for this problem. Also switching between users is horrible it always results in an error. Worst update please solve the problems other wise revert to the previous version.

Really can’t find a good reason to remove the 365 section although the service is still available, the only reason that carrier pushing users to use a certain other package.

Rollover breaks data sim management, other issues

For two months I haven’t been able to manage my data sim in the app. Vodafone would fix it and then it would break again. Every time they “fixed” the problem I noticed that rollover for my data sim had been disabled when I checked usage through the web page. I assumed they were just resetting something on my account and that the rollover option merely got changed in the process. Last night data sim management broke again, and today Vodafone contacted me and said the problem was resolved. I checked my phone and everything seemed to be normal. As usual, I went to the web page right afterward and saw that rollover had been disabled; when I enabled it again, data sim management quit working, with the infamous “Oops! An error has occurred” message. I returned to the web page and disabled rollover, which caused data sim management to function as expected. So rather than stating that data sim management does not work on accounts with rollover at this time, they simply kept disabling rollover each time I called — without telling me! If anyone from Vodafone bothers reading these reviews, the following would have been an appropriate response the first time I contacted you two months ago. Are you taking notes? “Dear customer, Data sim management does not function properly on accounts with rollover enabled. In the meantime, you can disable rollover if you wish to manage your sim through Ana Vodafone. If you do this, be sure to reenable it before your renewal date. We are not sure when this issue will be resolved, but we’re sorry for the inconvenience.” Was that so difficult? It would have saved everyone involved a great deal of time. As for the app’s other issues, see below. 1) The home screen does not show data usage in a meaningful way. If I have a 500mb plan with 260mb remaining it reports that I have 0.3gb remaining — which is not just inaccurate (because of rounding up), but not even informative. You can determine the PRECISE usage through another menu, but I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to get such basic information. 2) Switching between mobile profiles on iPads and the iPhone 4S is partially broken. If you are at the very top of the home screen and tap on the icon to switch profiles, none of your profiles are visible. The only way around this is to scroll about half way down the screen and then tap on the icon again. You dont throughly test the app on devices with smaller screens, an issue that plagued the previous app design. 3) WHY does the app randomly ask for my username and password? Save my password once and LEAVE ME ALONE. 4) The names assigned to different mobile profiles in the profile switcher (or whatever you want to call it) are based on the name of the line owner. So, I have multiple accounts and each of them all have the same name, when I should be able to name them according to device or some other scheme of my choosing. 5) The first iPad was released more than seven years ago. This app should be universal by now. Please fix these issues. How an app looks is irrelevant when it doesn’t function properly.

Needs update to iPhone X

Need to be optimized to iPhone X. Not working can’t change my email in profile always crashes needs a lot of work. Today an update for this app 6.3 is out this is not iPhone X design it must be full of the screen and it’s freezing and there is an (x) up in the corner which use it to close the task one of them above the battery icon so I couldn’t use it at all and the rest of them if I try to press on it like nothing happened this app needs a lot of work.
