Crushing issue is going huge

The app crushing issue keeping expanding all time, everytime i check mine account the app shows me a a message that loging in goes wrong now i cant even log in.

Very good app

I like it. Lots of useful information and functionalities.

Not a good app

Been trying to post my review but, couldnt. Thats my 3 time trying to post, internet usage meter, fluctuates and couldnt find a talk meter.

You guys certainly need to understand the true meaning of an app. An application is basically a tool that could help people and make life easier; however this is one terrible icon that has no function, value and doesnt offer any benefits. Moreover, complaints at the customer service for the app just bounce back to you and its pretty obvious Vodafone employees dont have a clue how it works and thereby how to offer any help regarding the constant issues and crashes. Please do us all a favour and stop it to save yourselves the embarrassment and save us the time and agony trying to come up with any good regarding it

Recharging data sim balance crashes app, other issues

1) Whenever I want to recharge my data sim through the app it crashes immediately after entering the code. This issue has been present for probably a year! 2) Other crashes are now occurring on my iPhone 4S, like when I try to manage my mobile internet. 2) The home screen does not show data usage in a meaningful way. If I have a 500mb plan with 260mb remaining it reports that I have 0.3gb remaining — which is not just inaccurate (because of rounding up), but not even informative. You can determine the PRECISE usage through another menu, but I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to get such basic information. 3) Switching between mobile profiles on iPads and the iPhone 4S is partially broken. If you are at the very top of the home screen and tap on the icon to switch profiles, none of your profiles are visible. The only way around this is to scroll about half way down the screen and then tap on the icon again. You dont throughly test the app on devices with smaller screens, an issue that plagued the previous app design. 4) WHY does the app randomly ask for my username and password? Save my password once and LEAVE ME ALONE. 5) The names assigned to different mobile profiles in the profile switcher (or whatever you want to call it) are based on the name of the line owner. So, I have multiple accounts and each of them all have the same name, when I should be able to name them according to device or some other scheme of my choosing. 6) The first iPad was released more than seven years ago. This app should be universal by now. 7) Provide meaningful notes with each update. What did you actually fix/change?

App closes at startup

I cant open the app. It crashes and exit when trying to open it. Tried to uninstall & reinstall it again more than time with no use.

Useful ... but

Its a useful app no doubt, the problem is that every update or 2, the details of consumption isnt accurate anymore, and gets stuck to a previous fixed day. Kindly fix the problem

iPad app?

The app itself is fine. It doesnt display properly on iPad though which is a bummer. Even the icon doesnt show which can be fixed easily…will change the rating if its fixed.

Full of bugs

This application has bugs way more than it has USABLE features. And every time it gets an update( by your approval or not) it gets even more bugs and it lacks even more features( example: you cant see your balance like you did before)
