1st time writing review After last update app very very slow And i don’t know why???

Whenever trying to switch to e-sim through the app, the app crashes. Very disappointing

The app keeps asking me to update the app and there is no update on the store

You have a bug in recharging adsl lines. Preventing people from recharging. You know it and u dont know how to fix it!

Since the last update, when we want to pay online by NBE Credit card, the app doesn’t allow me to enter the OTP in the page While the app on Android works fine Please fix it

Terrible ap. Cannot see my balance. Things are too complicated and the ap changes with no previous warning. Suddenly I owe vodafone a large bill, despite not using it as I am traveling and have my cellular off.

It crashes everytime i try to hit the balance button to know my balance It close the whole app Kindly solve this

What is the use of you do new design that I am still not able to use by Bank of America visa NOR American Express NOR chance master card, are all of them have issues ?, I have tried to call support, chat one in Arabic and second in English with no help. I have also tried to email support they ask me for a screenshot which I sent, no reply back just support disappeared :) So I lost hope. They deserve only one star.

I tried so many times to send money today but couldn’t always error message and the customer service number 7001 that you are supposed to call when you have trouble is just automated service with 3 options. So strange!! No customer service

The App don’t opened with new IOS version. I don’t understand why they can not fix it Vodafone cash don’t work with Wi-Fi. It will be easier to send and receive using Wi-Fi

خدمة سيئة انترنت سيء و طريقة احتساب البيانات مبهمة و بالمليار ليست صحيحة. اخذت باقة 52 قيقا تقريباً و خلصت في اربع ايام 😃 و انا في بلدي باقة 10 قيقا تستمر لنهاية الشهر ! كمية الرسائل الدعائية مقرفة التطبيق متاهة و صعب التعامل معه و فهم آلية عمله. فقط حشو خيارات و يلا توه و ضيع وقتك.

بحول منه بيديني انه حدث عطل ف العمليه و الوصيد بيكون خرج من عندي للطرف الاخر حصلت معايا ٣ مرات

Every year vodafone apps and services are quality is degrading , when they launched vodafone red it was great then quality and the app now is terrible , you can’t even download the bill like before meaning less features meh 😑

Used to work, not any more, latest update killed it. Removed and installed 24 time. Doesn’t work and worst ever customer service on the planet!
