Lost my package

So basically this useless app unsubscribed me from my new 20gb package with no confirmation or prior notice. I went on it to check my usage only to be greeted by by "subscribe" little did I know that by pressing this it will automatically delete the previous package with no warnings. I was on the phone with the customer service and told me they would call me back and to solve the issue. Well if they didnt Im throwing that sim in the trash and switching
